ORDERING

How can I modify or cancel my order? If you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give Wine University a call at 1-585-412-9120.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart? From the shopping cart you can click the "minus" button in the quantity section of a certain product. When the "quantity" is reduced to less than one, the item will disappear from the cart.

Can I place an order from outside the USA?: Currently we only ship within the United States and Canada.

How can I check the status of an order? To check the status of your order, please log-in to your Account or email us at sales@wineuniversity.net.

What forms of payment do you accept online? We accept payments from Discover, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Pay Pal.

            

How can I track my package? After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

What if I do not receive my order? Please call us at 1-585-412-9120 for assistance

When does Wine University ship its products? Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays.)

United States: Standard Ground 
2-7 Business Days - $5.95
Two-Day (order before 1pm EST) 2 Business Days - $16.95
Next Day (order before 1pm EST) 1 Business Day - $24.95 

Canada: Standard Ground 
2-7 Business Days - $10.95
Two-Day (order before 1PM EST) - 2-5 Business Days - $62.95
Next Day (order before 1PM EST) - 1-3 Business Days - $72.95

Rates for Canada include all duties and shipping charges.

Where can I find fabric and materials information? Fabric and materials information can be found in the product descriptions on the individual product pages. If you need more detailed information on a specific item, please contact us.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again? If “Out of stock” appears next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable. While we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that the product will be restocked. Please call Wine University at 1-585-412-9120 for more details on a specific product.

Where can I find sizing information? You’ll find a link to our apparel size chart on all product pages.

What are the benefits to having an account with Wine University? Registering for an account makes shopping easier from start to finish by saving your shipping addresses and billing information, tracking and viewing your orders, and making the checkout process faster.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing lists? To unsubscribe from the Wine University mailing list, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails. If you are having difficulty, please contact us.
